Business Valuation
We provide business valuations for a number of purposes. Using various models, including net realisable asset methodology, discounted cash flow techniques and stock market valuation methodology, we provide full business valuations.
Preparation for Listing in Japan
We assist companies in the process of listing on Japan’s stock markets. Companies that are preparing for listing often need to substantially alter their shareholding structures and improve their financial reporting. Utilising Mazars and SCS Global local and regional regulatory knowledge we play an important part in the listing of companies on local and international markets, including the involvement with the planning phase where necessary.
Preparation for Listing on Overseas Stock Markets
We assist Japanese companies with the preparation for listing on overseas stock markets and follow up with the execution of the listings. This involves working closely with SCS and Mazars tax expertise in Japan and with Mazars and SCS overseas offices. Favoured markets for listing include Hong Kong, Singapore, and London.
