Outsourced Internal Audit Services
We are subcontracted to perform regular internal audit services usually as part of an international team that a Client has assembled where the work is also performed by SCS or Mazars teams in other countries overseas.
Review of Internal Controls
We perform complete exercises to review the control environment of a company operating in Japan and produce an action plan for improvement. These reviews are sometimes required as part of SOX or even JSOX reviews.
